IMG_1047My name is Nicolas Ghirlando and I’m a London-based food stylist and writer. I am a member of The Guild of Food Writers. I started out as an assistant food photographer, having trained in Fine Art in Canterbury. However, my passion for food soon outweighed my passion for photography and led to me becoming a chef and food stylist which keeps me very busy. I style, cook and write for many of the U.K.’s leading publications, food suppliers and retailers.  What keeps me even busier, however, are my children Noah and Maya and my wife Bee.
