About me

My name is Nicolas Ghirlando and I’m a London-based food stylist and writer. I started more than 10 years ago as an assistant food photographer, having studied fine art at university. However, my passion for food soon outweighed my passion for photography and led to me becoming a chef and food stylist. These days I am kept very busy as a stylist and recipe writer for some of the country’s leading publications, suppliers and retailers. What keeps me even busier, however, are my children Noah and Maya and my wife Bee, who all of this is for.
